The following procedure will make it easier to remove your Power-Pak® 445 dumbbell from its packaging.

The dumbbell is heavy. Ask for assistance if necessary.

• Openthetopflapsoftheshippingboxandremovetheupperbox.See1.

• Usingtheshippingstraps,carefullyliftthecartonoutoftheboxandplaceonfloor.See2.

• Cuttheshippingstrapsandremovetheupperpartofthe carton. See 3.

• Locatethehandlesoneachendofthebase.See4.

• Usingthehandles,carefullyliftthedumbbelloutofthelowerpartofthecartonandplaceonfloor.

• Youmaynowremovetheplasticbag.

When moving the dumbbell assembly, use the handles that are molded into each end of the base.

Note: If the dumbbell assembly is to be used for retail display, leave theShippingZip-Tie intact.Otherwise,remove the Shipping Zip-Tie before use.

If in a retail display setting, the cardboard cover has an area that can be removed to assist with handle display.

• ZiehenSiedenKartonandenVerpackungsriemenvorsichtigausderBoxundlegenSieihnaufdenBoden.Siehe Abbildung 2.

• ZerschneidenSiesiedieVerpackungsriemenundlegenSiedieOberseitedesKartonszurSeite.SieheAbbildung 3.

• SuchenSiedieGriffeanbeidenSeitenderHalterung.Siehe Abbildung 4.

• ZiehenSiedieHantelandenGriffenvorsichtigausdem unteren Teil des Kartons und legen Sie sie auf den Boden.

• JetztkönnenSiediePlastikfolieentfernen.

Wenn Sie das Hantel-Kit bewegen, benutzen Sie dafür die Handgriffe auf beiden Seiten des Ständers.

Hinweis: Wenn die Hantelhalterung zu Ausstellungszwecken im Verkauf verwendet werden soll, sollte der Befestigungsriemen nicht beschädigt werden. Andernfalls entfernen Sie den Riemen vor der Verwendung.

Für Ausstellungszwecke verfügt die Kartonabdeckung über einen Bereich, der entfernt werden kann.

Pour déplacer l'haltère, aidez-vous des poignées moulées situéesàchaqueextrémitédelabase.

Remarque : si l’haltère doit être utilisé à des fins deprésentation, laissez la sangle d'expédition intacte.Danslecascontraire,ôtezlasangleavanttouteutili-sation.

Dans une configuration de présentation, la protection en carton est pourvue d'une partie amovible permettant d'exposerlapoignée.

Power-Pak® 445 håndvægten tages nemmest ud af emballagen ved at gøre som beskrevet nedenfor.

Brug det indstøbte håndtag i hver ende af bakken, hvis håndvægtenskalflyttes.

Bemærk: Hvis håndvægtsenheden skal bruges til butik-sudstilling, skal transportstripsen forblive på. Ellers fjernes transportstripsen inden brug.

Перемещая собранную гантель, держите ее за рукоятки,отлитыесдвухстороноснования.

Примечание. Если собранная гантель будет выставлена в розничном магазине, оставьтеремень Shipping Zip-Tie как есть. В противномслучае снимите ремень перед использованием.
