QUALITY IS MANU­FACTURED, NOT SIMPLY MEASUREDOur credo: Quality is manufactured, not simply measured! This is the reason why the most important components for measuring are already installed on our machines. In addition, we perform initial sample and series tests with creation of the appropriate reports.

The overarching goal of our work is customer

satisfaction. Accordingly, on-schedule delivery

of a flawless quality product is one of our top

priorities. Quality determines the thoughts and

actions of our employees, and they contribute

along the whole process chain.

Within the PARTZSCH Group, PARTZSCH

Elektromotoren GmbH is specialised in the manu-

facturing of components for electrical machines.

The components of the magnetic circuit, such as

core assemblies and stator and rotor windings,

are particularly worth mentioning. With our

service for electrical machines, we offer service

companies and partners best quality in repairs.

Furthermore, we offer high-quality synchronous

generators for energy production. Our PARTZSCH

generators have been on the market since 2015,

offering highest efficiencies up to 20 000 kVA

and voltages up to 20 000 V. At the same time,

the machines are extremely solid and reliable.

We specialise in the production, service, repair

and commissioning of generators for the follow-

As the youngest field of business within the

PARTZSCH Group, PARTZSCH Elektromaschinen-

bau GmbH has been developing, designing,

calculating and distributing electrical machines

since 2012. With our specialisation in the manu-

facturing of winding components for electric

motors and generators up to approx. 8 MW, we

are one of the most innovative mid-size com-

panies of the electrical engineering branch. In

addition, we cover diverse mechanical machining

needs thanks to a full spectrum of CNC capa-

bilities and facilities to produce complex welded

constructions.

The high-quality products of PARTZSCH Spezial-

draehte live up to every challenge. Through many

years of close cooperation with engineers from

the development, design and production depart -

ments responsible for electrical machines, we

have acquired extensive experience and all the

know-how needed to manufacture high-quality

wires. We produce flat wires in all standard

dimensions and with the most varied types of

insulation; furthermore, round wires in bare or

enamelled versions, finished as required with

a variety of insulations.

Continuous quality verification on our modern

extends the service portfolio of the PARTZSCH

Group in the highly dynamic field of wind power

generation. As a full-range service provider,

we offer service for all types of wind turbines

with interposed gearbox. Our engineers coordi-

nate all required services for general overhauls

and repairs to your wind turbine generators,

also outside Europe. This includes all on-site

erection work, crane arrangements and gener-

ator transport for repairs at the factory, as well

as sub sequent reinstallation and adjustment.

Our on-site service enables wind turbine down-

Founded in 1992 and continuing the traditions of

the armature winding shop within the previously

state-owned lignite mining combine in Bitterfeld,

our main fields of activities lie in repairs and

new component manufacturing for DC and three-

phase motors, as well as the on-site dismantling

and erection of motors and generators up to

250 MVA.

Extensive assembly halls permit both manufac-

turing and repairs to traction motors of all output

classes, right up to rolling mill motors with a

weight of 120 t.

Whether for complex repair work or completely

new manufacturing – with our experienced and

highly trained specialists and state-of-the-art

for generators up to 250 MVA – independent

of brand and manufacturer. From error diagno-

sis to on-site repairs – we always endeavour to

solve problems on motors or generators on your

premises. Our qualified employees with many

years of experience in the manufacture of elec-

trical machines are also equipped with state-of-

the-art test and measuring devices when work-

ing on-site. We diagnose machines of all sizes

directly on-site and make you an optimum offer

after evaluation.

We perform inspections, disassembly and as-

sembly of air-cooled generators up to 250 MVA.

Our experienced engineers coordinate all erection

work, including crane arrangement, transport

of the machines for repair, as well as reinstalla-

tion and adjustment of the overhauled system

parts. We would also be pleased to conclude

main tenance agreements with you. To keep your

costs as low as possible in case of an unexpect-

ed failure, we always endeavour to help you

immediately and solve your problems.
