Use of SIP with all technical and commercial assessments is free-of-charge for EPK customers. Access rights can be obtained by completing an application form on the home page. ENERCON customers with a maintenance contract can view Service orders and maintenance overviews free-of-charge.

Each WEC site can be displayed in close detail with our extensive map material. The WEC‘s operating state at the time of data access is simultaneously shown on the screen.

If a wind energy converter reports a new status, it is transmitted to the SIP during data access. All transmitted messages are listed in a table and can be retrieved by the customer at any time.

Availability analyses for a particular period of time can be produced on the SIP. It is also possible to compare availability with other ENERCON wind energy converters from the SIP account.

Service messages are transmitted in real time. All Service orders can be viewed at any time. Specific order numbers can be easily and quickly retrieved using the search function.

All of the maintenance and repair times are documented in the Service teams‘ service reports. They also contain information on any material consumed on the service date.

Completed and planned main-tenance is documented in the maintenance overview. Individual maintenance items can therefore be tracked using the maintenance reports.

Overview of all functions

The ENERCON Service Info Portal (SIP) offers a high degree of functionality and transparency for all relevant WEC data. In addition to ENERCON SCADA data, all desired service information on the individual wind energy converters can be retrieved conveniently, easily and quickly via Internet without any additional software.

The clear menu structure simplifies individual access to all monthly, weekly and daily wind energy converter evaluations. The SIP‘s efficient user options therefore ultimately result in an improved flow of information as well as increased customer satisfaction.
