CONSTRUCTION :

Conductor : Wire or stranded copper or aluminium conductor.

Core: Conductor insulated with paper tapes.

Cable core :Cores laid-up and wound with a layer of paper tapes and all impregnated with normal or semi-hard compound.

Sheath : Seamless aluminium tube.

Inner protection: Bitumen covers and PVC sheath.

Mechanical protection: Two steel tapes

Outer protection: Impregnated jute layers with interlayer of bitumen compound.

Application : In urban and industrial networks for direct burial into ground, at places where greater effects of corrosion, mechanical damages and vibration may be expected. NPAP 13 type is applied for inclined or vertical installations.
