Up to ten attendees will receive expert-led guidance through a complete set of hands-on labs and training modules. After the training, attendees will be able to acquire data, build data models, and create visualizations quickly and easily with Microsoft Power BI.

Day 1: Data VisualizationAuthoring activities in Power BI Desktop - create a report, interact with it, and upload it to the Power BI Service. Refine report layouts and publish to PowerBI.com for sharing and collaboration among teams.

Day 2: Data ModelingOverview of data acquisition, data modeling, and security. Review business logic and calculations with DAX in a Power BI data model. Refresh source data and secure data and reports.

Day 3: Advanced Power BIAdvanced querying and data modeling capabilities. Review data modeling principals and advanced techniques. Understand complex DAX patterns along with Power BI tips and tricks.

Day 4: Kickstart Your Data (Optional)*Participants will bring a dataset to the working session in order to co-build a Power BI solution. Training facilitator will help guide the development of Power BI reports using those datasets. *Please note that adding on the optional 4th day will increase fixed cost.
