The infra- structure such as power, rail and road network communication

etc. is adequate to counter to the present level of industrialization keeping

firstly to give stress to the development and expansion of existing

industrial areas along with processing new industrial areas and -------

location which have right prospects for coming up of new industrial units

and secondly to suggest the package of viable and feasible new industrial

ventures which have good prospects in the district.

Foot Loose Industries:

These industries are market oriented and do not generally depend upon

resources available locally and in the surrounding nearby areas. Rather

the setting up of industries mainly depend upon the individuals choice

and convenience. Dholpur district being connected with good roads and

railway routes (both narrow gauge as well as broad gauge) can be the

good location. For setting up a few such industries in its township. Semi

urban areas as well as rural areas .A list of such suggested footloose

industries are as under:-

suggested for two reasons.

trading cities of U.P. and M.P. like Agra and Gwalior and entrepreneurs

from these areas can be attracted for setting up their own venture

locations and secondly if the package of some extra incentive ( as

compared to Gwalior and Agra) may be given to them.
