It is crucial for GES to get feedback concerning the status of every referral made to your company. Federal reporting requires that the outcome for every service provided to a job seeker or employer must be reported on a quarterly basis.

Placements are captured on a quarterly basis and can be recorded as far back as 1 year from date of hire

This activity is required for all placements up to 18 months from Date of Hire (DOH).
