Posters, palm cards and mailers have long been effective in communicating the activities of fire and EMS agencies. For many years they have also been used as recruitment tools in other disciplines. Have you tried this approach? Here are several examples that were developed for various fire/EMS agencies by Choice Marketing. You may find that the concept/tool may be of benefit to you. Thanks to the Valley Forge Volunteer Fire Company, Talleyville Volunteer Fire Company, Middletown Volunteer Fire Company, and Lower Chichester Volunteer Fire Department for sharing their recruiting tools. We also thank our friends at Choice Marketing for sharing these tools for recruiting new members.
