Summer Internship Program

• Undergraduates from all disciplines• Outgoing and with good interpersonal skills• 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (9am-6pm)

Work in Management Services Office of commercial or residential properties to provide professional property management services to our customers.

• Undergraduates (preferably from building surveying, engineering, construction, architecture)

• Detail-minded and with good communication skills• 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (9am-6pm)

Work in the construction site to carry out thorough checks for new residential property before handover to owners.

• Matriculation or above• Proactive, enjoy teamwork and with cheerful

character• 5.5 days per week (alternate week), 9 hours per

day (on shift-basis)

Work in the clubhouse of residential properties to handle customer enquiries, assist in organizing summer events and carry out facilities check.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline

0 - 3 years of experience in Python framework (Django, Flask or Pyramid)

Experience with Docker is desired

Knowledge of GCP, CloudRun, GKE is a plus

Provide operation support for Oracle, MS SQL server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc. including database backup / restore, performance tuning

Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Analyze system resources usage and prepare capacity plan

Manage and utilize system resources

Ensure system availability and security control

Design and develop data storage strategy and architecture

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information System or IT related disciplines

At least 3 years of working experience in Oracle database administration under Linux environment

Experienced in database performance tuning, trouble-shooting and maintenance

Experienced in MongoDB and MySQL is a plus

Experienced in cloud (AWS, Azure or Huawe iCloud) is a big advantage

Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skill

Good command of both written and spoken English
