The specific procedures we performed as specified in our Proposal, are set forth below together with a description of each activity.

INTERVENTIONS BY BEEFY’S CHARITY FOUNDATION AND YUVA UNSTOPPABLE, ISSUE RECOGNITION, ALLOCATION OF FUNDS

A. Interventions by Yuva Unstoppable with Pictures

• DrinkingandCleaningWaterFacilityThere was no separate provision for dishwashing and drinking water. This led towastage and contamination of pure drinking water. The taps were not in workingcondition due to which the drinking water was not available for the students. Also,

drinkingwaterareawasunhygienic.Here,separateareahasbeencreatedforcleaninganddrinkingwatertoenhancetheexperienceofthestudentsinschool.

• SanitationA proper sanitation facility is one of the most important necessities. Because ofunhygienicand filthy sanitary conditions in schools, therewasahighdropout ratioofgirlsandthestudentssufferedduetospreadofdiseases.Thedrainageconditionswereimprovedbyproperplumbing.

• SchoolBuildingIt isevidentfromtheconditionoftheschoolbuildingbeforeEvolutionwasinanutterstate of despair. Also, the schoolwalls were not painted due towhich therewas nomotivation for the students to go to school. The schoolwas re-plasteredandpaintedwhich increased the strength of the building. This led to a safe and attractiveenvironmentforthestudents.

• SchoolClassroomsandValuebasedpainting

ThewallswerewornouthencetheywerepaintedwithvaluebasededucationsuchasEnglishalphabets,numbers,cartoonsetc.Thisimprovedtheexperienceofthestudentsintheschool.Theexteriorandtheinteriorsoftheschoolwerepaintedwhichbroughtback the liveliness in the entire campus. This increased the motivation levels of thestudents,teachersandtheprincipal.

Moral values are an integral part of our education. Through project ‘Evolution’, themunicipalschoolwallswillbepaintedwitheducationbasedlearningandmoralvalues.Learning happens faster at a younger age and to instill good values with the rightbehaviorisofutmostimportanceforabettersociety.
