INGREDIENTS:• 1-1/4 cups flour • 1 Tbsp. baking powder • 1/8 tsp. salt • 1 egg • 1/2 cup fat-free milk • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar • 3 Tbsp. oil • 1-1/2 cups Post Selects Banana Nut Crunch Cereal • 1 cup finely chopped bananas • 1/2 cup Post Selects Banana Nut Crunch Cereal, lightly crushed • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon • 1 tsp. oil

DIRECTIONS:MIX flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Beat egg in small bowl; stir in milk, 1/3 cup brown sugarand 3 Tbsp. oil.

ADD to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lump(Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in 1-1/2 cups cereal andbanana.

SPOON batter into paper-lined muffin pan or muffin pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray, filling eachcup 2/3 full.

MIX 1/2 cup cereal, 1 Tbsp. brown sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle with 1 tsp. oil; stir until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over muover muffins. BAKE at 400°F for 20 minutes or until lightlybrowned.

SERVE warm.
