What gender are you?
As you can see we had an equal number of male and
female participants. We decided to distribute this to
questionnaire to both genders as we feel that they
What age category do you fit into?
Although our target audience age is between 12 and
30, most of our participants were aged 16-18.
However we do have participants from other age
groups which shows that we are trying to get
accurate information out of this questionnaire.
What genre do you think Suits fits into?
Without a doubt, we clearly illustrated that Suits
is of the action genre. Perhaps this is because we
followed conventions that would help the
audience to identify this genre.
How well do you think Twenty Nine Pictures has portrayed
this genre?
As we had hoped, nobody thought that we portrayed this
genre poorly. Having said this, as 30 percent rated our
depiction as fairly well it shows that there could be
improvements to be made.
Do you think that Suits is a suitable title for
this film taking the narrative into account?
Thankfully, all participants felt that Suits was
a good title. This could be due to the fact
that it is subtle yet connects to our narrative.
We have chosen the tagline ‘Game over’ do
you think that this fits our title ‘Suits?
’This shows that we have thought about the
tagline carefully, taking the title and
narrative in consideration. It verifies the fact
that the audience were able to make a link
between the narrative, title and tagline.

Do you think that the use of font and the colours chosen
are appropriate?
The majority felt that the fonts and colours were chosen
adequately. However 20% shows that we haven’t
displayed our text clearly enough. Perhaps this refers to
the text on Elliott’s clothing near the beginning of thesequence – It was just about readable for some people.
In your opinion, do you think that there was enough time for
you to read the title and the credits?
Clearly, we have made a good attempt at motion tracking
the text and leaving enough time for the viewer to read it. It
shows that we have successfully tried to emulate the text
that would be shown on a real media product.

Personally, did you think that the narrative
(storyline) was simple follow?
Appreciatively everybody found our narrative
coherent which connotes that they felt
engaged and involved in our narrative. This
shows that we have definitely targeted the
right audience.
What do you consider as the strongest element in the
production?
It doesn’t shock me to find that everybody selected the
sound as the strongest component because both Elliott
and I think that the choice of music carried our
narrative and helped to display it effectively.
What do you consider as the weakest
element in the production?
It’s evident that the majority of the felt that
the actors were the weakest component in
the production. No doubt, there could have
been better actor choices but at the same
time we felt that our actors could portray
our narrative and their role.

Was it easy to differentiate theprotagonist(s) from the antagonist(s)?
This shows that we were successful in
differentiating the two through the use of
costume, prop, character positioning and
dialogue.
Did our actors portray their character
effectively?
Although not the best, it was a positive
outcome. This suggests to us that we did
not choose bad cast but better cast
selection could have been made.
Do you think that our choice of location was
adequate?
I think that our location fitted into the
action genre as action films are usually set
in normal locations. In addition to this,
many action films are set around residential
areas or cities and we have emulated this.
This is why I believe the audience think our
location was appropriate.
Do you think that the choice of sound suited
the production?
The response to this question highlights the
fact that the sound was the strongest
component as nobody felt that it didn’t
complement our production. Hence we
successfully combined sound with our
footage.
At any particular moments did you feel
apprehensive yet excited to see what will
happen next?
With this result, we have clearly stuck to the
conventions of action genre as we were able
to provoke emotions from the audience that
left them anxious but thrilled.

Referring to question 16, did the sound play a
part in this?
Yet again, this reinforces the fact that thesound was suitable and it played a big role in
our production.
Results show that the majority are
quite interested in watching the rest ofthe film which suggests to us that our 5
minute sequence left our audience
wanting to see more. It also suggests
that we did a good job at emulating the
action genre.
