Crew finished setting up the containment areas and the decon units. Crew and CP inspected their PPE for proper fit and function before properly donning them. CP then inspected the containment barriers and the decon unit. Once the inspections were finished the crew entered the containment and started removing the pipes from the cannery. Engineering controls used during today's work were: HEPA vacuums, wet methods, and prompt cleanup.
Crew finished working for the day. Crew exited the containment and left the job site secure for the night.

Crew and CP inspected their PPE for proper fit and function before properly donning them. CP then inspected the containment barriers and the decon unit. Once the inspections were finished the crew entered the containment and began removing the ACM listed in the Limited Hazmat Survey Report. Engineering controls used during today's work were: HEPA vacuums, wet methods, and prompt cleanup.

Crew returned from their lunch break. Crew and CP inspected the PPE once more for proper fit and function. The CP then inspected the containment barriers and the decon unit. Once all the inspections were finished the crew entered the containment and continued removing the designated ACM items.
Crew finished removing all of the designated ACM items. Crew began loading out the bagged debris to the container for ship out.

Crew and CP inspected their PPE for proper fit and function before properly donning them. CP then inspected the containment barriers before the crew began scraping the lead paint from the generator. Engineering controls used during today's work were: HEPA vacuums, wet methods, and prompt cleanup.
Crew finished scrapping the lead paint from the generator. Crew loaded out their tools, equipment, and the bagged debris. Crew finished the job and left the job site secure.

May 10, 2019 Kake Cannery Abatement To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in regards to the asbestos abatement project Kake Cannery Abatement Satori Group was contracted for. All abatement has been completed per the Scope of Work and agreed upon contract. All debris has been shipped to Seattle Washington via Alaska Marine Lines and Lynden Transport. All final documentation will be forward to the appropriate personnel once received. Enclosed is the current shipping documentation, along with the Canadian approval for all materials. These are provided to demonstrate the materials have left the project site and are in route to the final destination. We anticipate receiving the final disposal documents in the next month.
