• Provincial Non-Spatial Old Growth Order• Applies to both TFLs (& a CFA) in PGFD• ILMB sets the targets by NDT/BEC zone• No clear mechanism to amend the Order• Recruitment strategies for any deficient

allowances are included in CPs to mitigate natural range barrier impacts?
