Objectives
The purpose of the conference was to propagate knowledge & understanding
amongst the food & agro-processing industry on the NMFP policy guidelines. The
workshop was for all the stakeholders in the food & agro

Gujarat Agro Industries Corporation (GAIC) is the Nodal Agency for Government of

Processing Industries (MoFPI) has appointed GAIC as the implementing agency for
National Mission on Food Processing (NMFP) in the State of Gujarat. As a part of

Mission on Food Processing'' was organized by GAIC at The Fern Residency, Rajkot,

All the delegates were registered at the entrance by filling a registration form
which was offered free of cost to them. During registration,
provided conference kit containing a brochure on GAIC and a booklet in Gujarati
literature on scheme of Technology upgradation, establishment and modernization
of Food processing industry under NMFP.
