The second annual Harvest Moon Festival/Celebration sponsored by Wadlow Gap Ruritan Club will heldSaturday, Oct. 24 with registration for the rook tournament at 10 a.m. and play beginning promptly at 11 a.m.
The festival begins at 1 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m. Everything is free to the public: food, inflatables, rock climb-ing, hayrides, cakes walks, cornhole tournament, free pumpkin to each kid while they last, balloon sculpturesand face painting. Kids fingerprinting will be by Scott County Sheriff’s Office, followed by Ivy Road WithBenny Wilson and Gary Sutherland in concert. There are big prizes.
