Introduction

Thinking is the most subtle form of action.

Thinking means to create mental pictures,

words, feelings and states of being. Thinking

takes place within the soul and is immediately

reflected on the body. Positive thinking means

purposefully to create positive thoughts and to

resist negative thoughts. Thoughts also create

feelings.

Positive actions leads to positive responds

Thinking takes place within the soul and

is reflected instantly on the body.

Thoughts of fear or anxiety immediately

cause the heart to race, the pulse rate to

increase and blood pressure to fluctuate.

In contrast, thoughts of contentment,

happiness and peace create a state of

relaxation and well being.

Principles of Positive thinking

Self respect is to affirm that you are a pure and peaceful soul.

Self – Respect implies self confidence. Respecting our selves gives us the power to discern when someone wants us to buy into a lie.

A positive thinker has a personal ethical policy of honesty.

Positive thinking is independent thinking based on higher principles and values.

Thinking a positive thought in a simplistic way is a form of denial because it ignores the web of negativity and the selfish motives of others around us
