Positive psychology is the scientific study of what makes people grow and flourish.Sulynn Choong is a Positive Change Consultant and Coach integrating research and applications of Positive Psychology into her work with individuals, teams and organizations for outstanding performance and wellbeing. She is the Founder / Chief Engagement Officer at the Asian Center for Applied Positive Psychology (ACAPP). In 2006, Sulynn graduated with the pioneer Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) class led by Professor Dr. Martin Seligman at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Karen Jennifer Golden is an American licensed clinical psychologist and a lecturer at Monash University (Sunway Campus), Jeffrey Cheah School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She has lectured and served as a consultant internationally. For more than 15 years, she has conducted research in positive psychology and resilience and she has integrated positive psychology into her clinical practice. She is a member of the Global Public Health research strength at Monash University Sunway campus.
