Responsibilities :

Manage crew and propose crew management solution to the Manager Crew Planning

Analyze present and future operations, pre-plan the number of flight and cabin staff required by the Company, and must indue time, provide the data to the Manager, Crew Planning

The right candidate will be organised, goal driven, people orientated and have strong attention to detail. Must be able to work Personal Skills/Attributes:

independently within a small team and be prepared to work extra hours if required.
