JOB DESCRIPTION Provide assistance at the bakery.

JOB DUTIES Based on NOC:

Bakers perform some or all of the following duties:

Prepare dough for pies, bread and rolls and sweet goods, and prepare battersfor muffins, cookies, cakes, icings and frostings according to recipes or specialcustomer ordersOperate machineryBake mixed dough and battersFrost and decorate cakes or other baked goodsEnsure quality of products meets established standardsDraw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods toproducePurchase baking suppliesMay oversee sales and merchandising of baked goodsMay hire, train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.

QUALIFICATIONS,REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

Strong English skillsExcellent team playerPunctualAble to work in the early mornings,Required to lift up to 20 lbs.Hard working.

OTHER DETAILS Shift begins at 6:00 am. Shift is 7 to 8 hours long.
