Portsmouth Rotary Club honors First Responders The Rotary Club of Portsmouth recently honored five Portsmouth first responders at a luncheon held at Roger Brown’s restaurant. From l-r, they are Master Firefighter-Paramedic Emil Majetich; Firefighter Reginald Bolton; Police Officer Michael Floriano; Sheriff’s Deputy Randy Cummings; and Master Jail Officer Joseph Boney.
