EXISTING PATTERN OF DEVELOPMENT: The existing develop-ments are in scattered manner; this is due to none the availability of flat land at one place. An average distance between the each settlement is 1 to 2 km.

Development Zone • The block is covered with 80% of agricultural land so the land for development is less.

• Organic growth around the each habitation can be allowed with certain measures of not allowing the develop-ment along the river side.

No Devlopment Zone • No development zone is assigned with consideration of very high prone area near the water bodies. • 30m on either side of the river should be marked as no development zone.

Restricted Zone • Development should be restricted on the fallow lands.
