TONGLIAO URBAN PLAN

---------------WORKING IN PROGRESS

2004We can see several miles before Tongliao, and several after Tongliao - no evidence of a river - only some water in the center

2005Appears to have undergone complete desertification - No water in the center - Complete Dryness of the river bed

2009Central area has maintained a proverbial lake; areas before and after Tongliao have no evidence of flowing water

2010Water body has gotten smaller and stagnant; A complete lack of flowing water; Concrete evidence that this river will never flow again.

Project name: Conceptual Urban Planning for Tongliao City Center October-November, 2011 Collaborate WorkProject type: Urban Plan & Environment SustainableProject area: 27 km2Collaborator: Bing Wei, MichaelContribution: Solutions Development, Analysis WorkInstructor: Chief Architect. Bing Wei
