The willingness of customers, combined with the need to respect the surrounding area, led the project to develop according to a criterion that integrates organic materials,technologies and design shapes. The shape of the building permits sought clear distinction of the two properties that are totally independent, as well the perfect integration of three levels, on which it developed, with the hilly course soil.

The residential complex consists of three buildings arranged so as to form a court, includes n ° 24 rooms of various sizes, including attic. Key features of the project are the large balconies porches space at court, cover with laminated wood beams "wave" and coating facing brick alternating with plaster, game-enhancing volumes. Significant is the provision of ample green spaces and a privileged view of the Upper Town.

Residential building with nine accommodation on two floors plus attic and basement with availability of nineteen private garages. Special features of the project are the arcades of stone on which protrude the terraces, the emphasis of the two stairwells with stone wall and the exaltation of the corner balconies with a circular sector

Project Recovery existing agricultural building, in an advanced stage of decay, from the early '700, placed in the Old Town. The building was divided into three distinct parts connected: the first, on the corner of two streets, which is destined to offices and lodging loft , the second, aimed at meeting room and housing, while the third serves as a hub between the other two and is intended mainly to services.
