MODERN MINIMALIST HOUSE PROJECT

ESMANI MODERN MINIMALIST HOUSE

I was assigned to supervise an ongoing construction and

interior designing of a modern minimalist house. My responsibility

was to make sure that the designs were implemented accordingly.

It was also required of me to submit detailed works for the

interior of the house that answers the client’s needs. Given below

are the plans and details of the kitchen and kitchen island counter.

Creating a space that provides a good flow of activities is

necessary in considering a feasible interior design. In here, we

made sure that all the requirement of the client are taken into

consideration by implementing thorough planning and space

allocation...

Every detail in any architectural and

interior design project is very important for

they will bring out the beauty of the whole

structure. Thus it is necessary to give precise

and accurate shop drawings to obtain

perfection.

With regards to this project, we made sure

that all the detail we did was as simple as

possible. It can be shown from the shapes

and lines that can be seen all throughout the

house. Oftentimes, clients tend to elaborate

the details but it is good to advise them that

simplicity makes the whole design much

pleasing to the eyes...

Sometimes in architectural and interior design, we learn how to

“hide the obvious” that is why in here, we designed a water feature

covering the servant’s quarters. It added an element of tranquillity to the

garden area and at the same time, it gives a perfect cover up or the

servant’s privacy...

Nothing beats detailing the most. From

choosing the type of lighting, to the right colour of

the wall, the furniture, sculpture and painting, even

the indoor plants to be used. It gives me pleasure

every time I finish a project: may it be something I

handled and supervised or a project of my own...
