UniversityUniversity residence for students and tea-chers in the vicinity of the Campus Rio Ebro, in Zaragoza. 60 rooms for students, 10 rooms for teachers and common facilities, paying special attention to the constructive solutions.

A rectilinear perimeter path forming a cour-tyard that encloses different pieces containing the common facilities (canteen, gym, office, library and auditorium). The rooms rise above the courtyard in a 6 floor building, escaping from noise and po-llution and allowing better views and venti-lation. Constructive consistency is achie-ved throughout the project by solving every detail with genuine constructive solutions.
