  • Barcelona PavilionLocation: Barcelona, Spain NYC College of TechnologyProfessor: Amauri GuillenARCH 2491, Spring 2008

  • Description: Barcelona Pavilion was designed by Ludwig Mies vab der Rohe. It was a pioneer for construction forms with a fresh of space, and it was also an association of free art and architecture. The floor plan was very simple. The entire building rests on a plinth of travertine. A southern U-shaped enclosure helps form a service annex and a large water basin. Another U-shaped wall on the opposite side of the site also forms a smaller water basin.

  • It was redesigned in NYC College of Technology in 2008. This design was rendered in AutoCAD 3D.

Cafe, kitchen, bath room, and exhibit room are in the fourth floor. A wonderful view area is in the fourth floor.
