This design is a wine bar located in Melbourne Australia. The design focuses on joinery and detailing to form the walls of the space. Timber slats linked with metal rods provide the privacy and aesthetics for the bar. The seating is integrated into the wooden slats and can be adjusted depending on occupancy. Wine bottle display is also integrated into the slats to appear as if they are floating.

Lighting design inspired by architect Steven Hall and the way he uses overlapping walls to create a glowing effect. The design focuses on the traveling of light throughout the day. The south wall is a private space that recieves the most dramatic light through small slits, while the north wall has open windows that diffuse the light throughout the day.

The geriatric bench was designed to make it easier for the elderly to enter and exit their homes. Each compartment holds specific items that are normaly used when leaving or entering. The shelves on either side of the piece house shoes, while the drawers and hooks house keys, bags, cell- phones, and other personal belongings.
