Dear Board of Directors: We had a meeting the last week and we discussed a lot of the different issues that our hotels have. We all have different opinions about the strategies that we can take with our company but we are agreeing with a few of them. According to the meeting we decided that would be a good idea to convert a few of our hotels into apartments, so in that way we can leave the overcrowded three stars hotels and going through the challenge to have a four stars hotels in those ones that we are not going to close. These apartments are going to attract different kinds of costumers so in that way we can earn money that we are going to use to convert the three stars hotels into four stars hotels by making bigger facilities, etc. Therefore we need your opinion about this, let us now if you agree with it and start planning our objectives of how we are going to accomplish this project. Sincerely yours,
