YMCA Humber has been an integral part of the local community since its 1906 forma@on, offering short-‐term accommoda@on for young people, with sports and leisure facili@es. The project Is hostel accommoda@on for homeless people and training Centre with seminar room. Building Foot print: 27452.62 Cost: £11,000.000.00

Hope Church is embarking on an ambi@ous project to build a 3 million pound ‘flagship’ building for Newtown. The new building, which started on site in June 2014, will not only serve the needs of the current congrega@on, it will be a community resource to serve the most pressing needs in the area. New features will include: a 2 storey play gym facility, a café, improved conferencing facili@es including seminar rooms and a boardroom, a 600 seater auditorium on First Floor, a 300 seater auditorium on Second Floor, new nursery facili@es with an outdoor play area. Cost: £3,000.000.00

The project is located in a very busy area in London, where there are other buildings around the proposal building in a very short distance. This

Task 0: All the changes that will be taking place on this project has to following the Bri@sh high standard building regula@ons. Task 1: Measure all room areas for both buildings and the total gross of the building using the AutoCAD. Task 2: Re-‐drawing all Floor plans to brick size external walls for GF, FF, SF,TF Scale 1:100 Task 3: Aier several mee@ngs with the head of architecture and design, I have to do several changes on plans which had to do with the size of the rooms, reposi@on of balconies, reposi@on of en-‐suite etc. Task 4: Transfer the whole project to REVIT Task 5: Update or create new objects fimng companies and suppliers’ sizes which include doors, windows, furniture etc.. Task 6: Re-‐design the top floor of the main building and fit on the new plans specific to client’s request such as specific bedroom size, bathrooms, toilets etc… aier re-‐designing by hand, create new plans for the top floor in scale 1:100 Task 7: Move the whole building by 500mm and re-‐designing the underground car par with a new layout. Task 8: Communicate by phone and email with the topographical survey company and let them know about all changes that can affect their surveys.

is very important issue because according to the building regula@ons, there cannot be a window with direct view to surrounding buildings, which means that there needs to be a clever architecture design solu@on allowing us to bring natural light into the rooms without braking the building regula@on standards.
