The airbags installed in front of the driver’s and passenger’s seat and the parking assist sensors provide an increased level of safety, and each trim comes with numerous features, such as Electronic Stability Control (ESC), ABS brakes, and Emergency Stop Signal (ESS).

• ABS - Improves vehicle control while braking or steering by preventing wheel lockup.

• EBD - Prevents the vehicle from spinning out of control due to rear-wheel lockup by

controlling the distribution of braking pressure.

• BAS - Assists emergency braking by increasing the vehicle’s braking pressure.

• TCS - Increases traction upon acceleration through improved control of the engine

and brakes.

• HAC - Prevents vehicle from rolling when starting or stopping on an incline.

1 Airbags for the driver and front passenger - Both the driver and front passenger are protected by airbags.

2 Rear parking assist system - When backing-up, the system senses nearby objects and alert the driver with

signals, thus compensating cargo-blocked rear visibility.

3 Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) - The TPMS alerts you of any adverse changes in tire pressure,

thus helping you stay prepared. (for the 4WD model)

Electronic Stability Control (ESC)

The PORTER II is equipped with a 4WD system and features a fuel-efficient, eco-friendly 2.5 CRDi engine that complies with the EURO VI regulations, allowing it to deliver top performance even under difficult driving conditions, such as unpaved or slippery roads and slopes.

1 6-speed manual transmission / 5-speed automatic transmission - Provides both the fuel efficiency of a

manual transmission and the convenience of an automatic transmission.

2 4-wheels switch-over lever - The switch-over lever enables the driver easily changing over to 4WD

when running in challenging road conditions.

The powerful, eco-friendly engine satisfies the EURO VI emission standards

and features a high-strength timing chain, thus reducing maintenance costs.
