Parque Luis Alfonso Velásquez.

This project begins a new transformation at the old urban

center of the city abandoned since 1972, it´s the core of a

master plan to revitalize the city with public and mixed use

projects of large scale, the program contains sports facilities,

children playgrounds, restaurants, walkways, and a conference

center for 7000 seats at the last stage next year.

This project for the urban development of the city, it´s part of a

system of urban nods designed for Managua, the project aim is

to resolve the recreational needs of the population, distributed

in parks of this typology in a grid insert in the city, financed with

public resources.

This project for the urban development of Managua Lake,

based on the principle of eco-design it aims to create an

ensemble between Land and Sea by joining the surroundings.

The proposal links traditional activities, associated with leisure,

sporting, cultural, touristic, and commercial activities. One of

the main medium-term objectives is to generate economic

activity in relationship with water and recreational

development.

Remodelación Estadio Independencia.

Managua, Nicaragua:

Typology: Sports.


Stage: Built four phase.

The renovation consist in the creation of an envelope and a

roof, to respond at the existent structural system of the

grandstands, the interiors are total renovated with the

standards of FIFA. In each corner of the field a six stories

buildind will stnands for leisure space. A zone of restaurants

under the grandstands will animate the facade all days of the

week, not only for soccer games.

This house situated on a slope, is a an example of modern

architecture in contrast with the landscape, it floats to create a

terrace for living, the basement creates space for a garage

and the service area and the firts level all the living spaces.

On a hill, this house integrates it forms with the topography, it

opens to the view and the surroundings, and proposed with a

construction method to maximize the economy in the process.

A house in the country side with a touch of modernism, in a top

of a hill is oriented to the view. The proposal seeks a link

between local architecture with the use of stone and wood

and modern design expressed with straight lines, glass and

open spaces.

Casa PACCHA.

A modern house, situated in a hill, with a slope, opens to the

view and resolves the program in two levels. Clean lines, a lot

of transparency and new materials reinforce the design

concept.

Comedor, Gimnasio y SUM.

Managua, Nicaragua:

Typology: Comercial.



Date: 2013


The aim of this project is to create the facilities for the

employees of an industrial park, the first building is the entry of

the complex, a dramatic design gives a fresh new look of the

company, the second building a food court for 400 seats, and

the third a gym and auditorium next to a soccer field.

Edificio de Oficinas ADENICA.

Managua, Nicaragua:

Stage: In progress.

This compact office building for a international transportation

company, consist in three marked zones, the core contains the

restrooms and vertical circulation, the second zone are the

office space, and the third a hall in each floor. The

underground level is a parking for the employees.

Managua, Nicaragua:

Stage: Concept design..

A seven story building, with a large program, offices, gym,

restaurants, shops, and classrooms, located next of an

important circulation highway of the city will create a new

urbanscape and urban dynamic that will stimulate the

economical growth of the area.

Oficinas Dirección de Auxilio Judicial.

Managua, Nicaragua:

Typology: Office.



Date: 2013


The aim of the project is to create the new headquarters for

the Policía Nacional, with a strong look that represents the

values of the organization. Two buildings will acomodate office

for the departments, cells, and facilities. A landscape design

integrates the two buildings the site and the existents

constructions.

Edificio de Post-Gado UAM.

Managua, Nicaragua:

Typology: Education.


Stage: Built.

Date: 2013


This building for a university, contains three levels, the first are

auditorium, restrooms and offices, the other two are

classrooms. The aim of the project is to integrate this new

building with the existing classrooms, and plazas and create

the enough transparency in the site to conect visually all the

campus.

Industria INTER-AGRO.

This complex is the first phase of INTER-AGRO complex, is a

series of industrial warehouse, a production plant for grain

harvest, the administration building and the entrance that

create the look of the company.
