  • proofread My friend lives with stress in mariandree she lives with stress because of the school and exams. Stress is very difficult to control for some perasons,they live with stress because of work, school or money. There are a lot of things that we can do to control stress like eat vegetables and fruit, another thing that we can do to be relaxed is exercise, if we do exercise we are focused on what we are doing or depend the sport, maybe we can be in a championship and we forgot all about work and school. Its better because we are good with our body and we are healthy. Stress can be cause by diseases. Our organisms cant support a lot of work. We need time to relax and we need to spend more time to be with our family and know what is happening out of work and school. We need our family because in some cases the persons get stressed because one pearson that is too close to us haves problems and try to help them.

  • Reflective Essay This unit we learn a lot of compound sentence, complex sentece, and poems, now I know how to do a poem and that are different types of poems like haiku That its a short poem that have 17 words. For me it was so interesting to learn about out body, with the presentation of my friends now I know a lot of functions that have my cerebrum. We share a lot of experiences with my friends, and i like to work in group and with presentation, for me its better because I learn more. The book of Tom Swayer is interesting because its talk about how a little boy can contain all important information and he has a lot of adventures with the boys.
