Port Of Galveston Vehicle/RORO Title Clearance

For all concerned parties who need to clear their export cargo with US Customs as required by the CBP rules and regulations, WWL is pleased to offer this service. Please adhere to the following procedure below:

1. Send: Original Titles or Bill of Sale (and two copies) and two copies of the

Dock Receipt and Letter of Intent. FEDEX or UPS overnight (recommended) to:

(OR) Via US Postal Service to: Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics PO Box 1446 Galveston, TX 77553-1446

2. Send: A company check or money order for $40.00 payable to Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics with the booking number on the check

3. Send: A self addressed stamped envelope OR a FEDEX/UPS envelope to be used for the return of the US Customs Title validation or Bill of Sale.

All cargo requiring validation clearance from Customs must be received at terminal 5 days prior to vessel arrival, as well as all paperwork required for customs clearance. Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics accepts no responsibility for the submission of rejected or incorrect paperwork given to us for neither CBP filing nor the cost associated due to delays in shipments for such. For all Brokers and Customers that prefer to clear their own Titles or Bill of Sales with the CBP, the customs validation is still required 3 days prior to vessel arrival.
