Port Jackson Shark fishing at Oak Park

This image was made at Oak Park, near Cronulla in Sydney’s south. It features a shark that is common in Sydney waters, the Port Jackson shark.

Often these guys are at least partly under rocks, so seeing it out in the open I took a wide berth around him to come from in front. Starting about 5m away, I started flashing my strobe to get him used to the light flashing, before getting nice and tight for this shot.

One of the best and most unique tours is the Duck Tour ride.

This right, during the tour, the bus will be the boat you are, and you’ll see the beautiful Boston Skyline from the river that separates Boston from Cambridge.

You can find and buy tickets for trips in two locations: at the Museum of Science and the Prudential Center in Boston Back Bay. During the summer tours are usually sold from a lunch. The tour lasts about 80 minutes, and there is not terminated.

This is a great tour, and you should be “quackers” do not do this! Sorry, could not resist it.

ON THE FREEDOM TRAIL

Freedom Trail is a 2.5 mile easy-to-follow red brick line that links 16 historical sites around the streets of Boston. This is a one-way route starting from Boston Common, and eventually the bunker Hill Monument in Charlestown.

If you do this, plan for at least 2-3 hours, or better still take a whole day. You pass by many landmarks to visit, such as: Boston common Boston Massacre Site, Paul read at home, and USS Constitution.

The route passes through Boston in the famous northern tip, where you will be sure to come back during your vacation in the Boston sample excellent Italian restaurants.

THE NEW ENGLAND AQUARIUM

In San Diego has its world-famous zoo, then Boston has the New England Aquarium.

New England and its coastline has a history of fishing and whaling. But today instead of slaughtering whales, New Englanders spend most of their time saving them.

And aquarium is an important link in the area ocean conservation movement.

The main aquarium is the giant tank. The floors of the aquarium run around the tank and the four levels. At the top you will get to peer down into the coral reefs and listen as the staff explain about the tank, and fish that live in it.

You get an answer to such questions as: “Why not a big shark fish eat little fish is tasty?” Or, “How old are those huge sea turtles swimming around in there?”

Your ticket will include a visit to the Discovery next to the main building, where you can see and learn about sea lions during a wonderful show. Several years ago the Aquarium opened IMAX theater shows that the mixture of the sea and general science films.

A word of warning – this Boston favorite holiday attraction for families. But you always get in, even if the ticket line seems to stretch for miles.

BEACON HILL

Sandwiched in a small area between Boston and Charles River common are alleys and narrow red brick cobbled streets, where time has stopped in the last century.

This is Beacon Hill, and one of the most popular walks for people on their Boston vacations.

Quiet and bewitching, it is a pleasure to walk. You can find wall gardens and authentic 19 th century neighborhood feel. Even the original gas lights remain on the street next to the ancient vyazov.

A favorite haunt for the photos Louisburg Square. A picturesque block of residential buildings perfectly preserved.

Once you walk up Mount Vernon street, wind your way back to the entire Massachusetts State House, which is located on the top of Beacon Hill and get your camera again.
