Pictures they made look like cartoons…

You can also…

Take animals

and make them look different and fun!

Or…Take everyday items and show them in a different way

Pop Art Used…• Bright, intense

the same shape, using different colors

• Everyday items from advertising, groceries, clothing, symbols, cars, animals, etc.,etc.,etc.

For Your Assignment…

You must make a Powerpoint about Pop Art.

It must have…• 10 slides• A title slide with

your name on it• Text on each slide• A pop art picture

on each slide• Animation for

each picture

The slides should contain…

1. Title with your name2. Explanation of what Pop Art is.3. Where and when the movement happened

And…4, 5 & 6. A listing of at least 3 famous Pop Art artists, with a

picture they made on each slide.

Next…7. One of your favorite Pop Art Pictures with an explanation of why it’s your favorite.

A Drawing You Make…

9. Go in the Paint Program and make a Pop Art Drawing. Then copy and paste the drawing into the #9 slide.
