All City day camp swimmers six (6) years of age and under will be restricted to swimming in the leisure pool ONLY during camp swims, and must wear a facility-provided Personal Floatation Device (PDF) always. The Supervisor on Duty reserves the right to remove participants from the pool environment if the reduced-risk guidelines are not maintained for the entirety of the swim. ------------------------------------------------- Swimming Lessons at the Stratford Lions Pool “Swimming is still the activity during which the largest numbers of drowning occur. In 2008, almost half (43%) of all drowning victims were 5 to 12 years of age, and were non swimmers.” Ensure your children LEARN TO SWIM! Lessons Run Registration Deadline Session 2 July 13 - July 24 Thursday, July 9, 2009 Session 3 July 27 - Aug 7 Thursday, July 23, 2009 Session 4 Aug 10 - Aug 21 Thursday, August 6, 2009 Classes are affordable, starting at $55 per two-week session, and are taught by certified Lifeguards and Instructors. Seasons Passes Season passes remain affordable, and start as low as $65.00, with the family pass at $195.00 for the season. Not around for the entire summer? Purchase a 5-visit Swim Card, which offers 5 swims for the price of 4. All passes can be picked up at the Stratford Lions Pool.
