Ponderosa Beach was born in 1967. After three generations it has always had the spirit of a restaurant on the beach where you can eat well.

Located on the sandy beach of Playa de Muro (Majorca), Ponderosa Beach is a national and international reference.

Our place combines the casualness of the beach with the pleasure of the palate, a combination that has made us to be chosen as one of the best Beach Club in our country.

An extensive gastronomic offer based in experience, the location and decoration makes Ponderosa Beach the ideal place on the beach to celebrate your event.

In this brochure you will find all the necessary information for your event.

Our venue offers space for a maximum of 130 seated guests. The maximum capacity of diners will depend of the requested type of event.

There is the possibility to enjoy exclusive events as well as booking an area of the restaurant. For this reason and to be able to adjust the budgets to the different seasons, we will differentiate, on the one hand the price of the rental of the restaurant, and on the other, the price of the menu.

MENU TaSTING

For confirmed events, the menu tasting is free of charge for 2 people. Additional diners are welcome to enjoy the tasting for 45€ per person (VAT included).

The tasting includes “Ponderosa Beach Selection” wine samples. Any other wine corkage will be charged additionally.

Menu tastings will be held from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:00 h.

BOOKING /// RESERvaTION

15 days prior to the event the client must confirm by email the menu choice, number of guests, time frame and further details. Otherwise, the number of guests confirmed in last correspondence, will be invoiced.

Under no circumstances, we will be responsible for adverse weather conditions.

Please bear in mind that bank transfers, should indicate the customer’s name and surname as well as the date of the event.

BOOKING aND PaYMENT CONDITIONS

A safe deposit of 500€ is required to cover any possible damage caused during the event in the premises. If there is no damage, the deposit will be returned in full.

1st payment, at the moment of confirmation: 25% of the total budget as a reservation deposit. 2nd payment, 6 months prior the event: 25% of the total budget. 3rd payment, 15 days prior the event: 50% of the total budget.

A preventive deposit of 1000€ is required to cover any possible damage caused during the event at the venue. If there is no damage, the paid deposit will be refunded.

Additional charges must be paid 3 days before the event.

Cancellation policy: Only in case of cancellation, communicated in written form and with a minimum of six months in advance (before the event date), the client will have the right to request a refund of 50% of the advanced payment.
