WHAT IS POLYUREA GREASE?Polyurea is a non-soap thickened grease with inherent antioxidant properties due to its unique chemical structure. It is becoming widely accepted as the best option for long life applications such as electric motor bearings, automotive and off highway constant velocity joints and seal for life applications.

LONG LIFE APPLICATIONS Considerably longer life than other greases, in some cases maintain their properties for up to 50% longer, suitable in the event of infrequent re-lubrication.
DURABILITYExcellent in wet and/or dirty environments.More resistant to degradation by tempera-ture and contamination than other greases.
EXCELLENT PUMPABILITY Great for centralized lube systems because they are thixotropic (shear thinning).
ENERGY EFFICIENTLY Small, soft, rice-like morphology — especially for high speed applications.

ASTM D3336 — High Temperature Bearing Test Evaluates the endurance life of greases in ball
bearings at high speeds and high temperatures.
ASTM D942 — Oxidation Stability Tests whether or not oxidation will cause a grease
to deteriorate in storage.
HIGH SPEED:
ASTM D2266 — Anti-Wear Performance Measures the greases ability to protect against wear.
