PMB 25

PMB-25 is a general purpose light duty belt which can be used for straight line conveying and also inclined conveying, washing, drying

and drainage applications. Combination of 2 different top surfaces and 3 different materials is available to satisfy diverse end use

applications. Accessories include vertical flights and side walls.

PMB-25 CT PMB-25-18OA

Plastic Modular Belts offer many advantages over conventional flat belt systems.These belts offer rugged yet flexible design features, which are increasingly usedfor food processing and conveying besides several engineering applications.

As the name suggests the belts are made up of plastic modules arranged instaggered (brick wall) pattern assembled on full-length polymer hinge rods,which gives an inherent strength

to the belt. The modules are held in place on the rods by end-locks.

PMB 50

PMB-50 is a general purpose heavy duty belt which can be used for several applications

including straight line conveying, Inclined Conveying, Washing Line applications, Warmers

and Cooling Tunnels. Combination of 4 different top surfaces and 3 different materials make it

a multi-functional, all-weather belt.


PMB 50HD

PMB-50 HD is a versatile heavy duty and impact resistant belt with several application

areas including food and vegetable processing, meat ,fish and poultry applications, crates

,cartons , jars conveying packaging machines ,Inspection tables and accumulators. It is

available with combinations of 2 top surfaces and 3 end use possibilities.

Side flex modular belts PMB 25 and PMB 50 can bend in all directions resulting in enhanced conveyor

design possibilities. Straight line and curved conveyor sections can be combined into a single section

CornerTracksTab Type

Corner Tracks or Corner Bends as they are popularly called, provide a very convenient alternative

to the earlier methods of conveying product on different conveyors laid out at 90 degrees to each

other. These Corner Tracks simplify the design of construction of the conveying system,

eliminating the need for cumbersome and expensive two conveyor transfer systems. Corner

Tracks can be manufactured in Single Lane or Multiple Lane design for all types of Chains.

Material of construction is UHMWPE, which provides a low friction and wear resistant surface

for smooth conveying while prolonging the life of the chain as well as the corner track.Chain Width
