Surface Preparation

ResoBond: 900 Bonding Agent

• Mix ResoBond 900 and apply to substrate. Do not apply more than can be covered with

ResoCoat 301 at any one time.

ResoCoat: 301 Pool Finish

• Begin PTS application of ResoCoat 301 Pool Finish onto cured ResoBond 900 . Curing

time of ResoBond 900 may vary depending on atmospheric conditions.

• ResoBond 301 may be applied when moisture level is at 15% or less on the supplied

moisture meter.

ResoBond 805: Bonding Agent

• Mix ResoBond 805 and apply to substrate.

• ResoCoat 301 may be applied when ResoBond 805 is tacky to the touch, but no residue is

observed.

• Based upon atmospheric conditions, (rain,wind,etc) if ResoCoat301 is not applied while

ResoBond805 is tacky, re-energize the ResoBond with a 2 mil application before applying

the ResoCoat 301. Allow curing time as described above before proceeding..

• This can be tested on a small area.

ResoCoat 301: Pool Finish

• Begin PTS application of ResoCoat 301 Pool Finish onto cured ResoBond 805 .

• Complete the ResoCoat 301 Application to coat walls and floor.
