(Scope of Services to be performed by the personnel)

SCOPE OF WORK – BEAT ENGINEERS

Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, in the months leading to the launch would

require a massive number of human resources for over a thousand Jio

Centers and tens of thousands of small and large installations on a Pan-India

scale. Monitoring and maintaining qualit in everthing we do, remains a

critical requirement. !iven the sco"e and geogra"hic s"read, the central#ssurance team needs its $ees% and ears% in more &eld locations.

'he trainees we "lan to induct will thus be an e(tension of the #ssurance

team and wor) according to the "rocesses and chec) lists "rovided to them.

*or the trainee engineers it would be a good o""ortunit to learn and get

e("osed to a commercial 'ier + 'elco roll out.

1. The Scheme

+. !raduate ngineers from #IC' accredited colleges /01 and above2will be eligible.

3. #s engineering colleges are well s"read throughout the countr, the

"rogram will "ic) u" locall available talent as feasible2 so that there

is no need for trainees to move from their e(isting locations.4. 'here will be at least 5 #ssurance beat engineers attached to each Jio

Centre JC-I2.5. 'he "rogram will be for a duration of +3 months, with contract

e(tensions as required.6. 'rainees will be "aid a &(ed sti"end of Rs +0,0007- "er month ta)e

home2, which will be revised as and when the contract gets revisedafter com"letion of a ear.

&. REI'B(RSE'ENT POLICY FOR BEAT ENGINEERS

In case, beat engineers are required to perform outdoor duty like drive test, reimbursements can be

claimed as per the below mentioned categories:-

3.1. rive test in base location !city limit"3.#. rive test in a place which is more than 1$$km away from base location !out of city limits

where overnight stay is not required"

3.3. rive test in another city !where overnight stay is required"

3.1 Drive test within base location (within city limit)

Local Conveyance :

received thereafter would be settled along with the monthl salar. 'he state lead

(Transfers and relocation)

• In certain cases where 'ransfer or relocation of Eeat engineer is

required, 8tate Lead or Eeat ngineer himself can "ro"ose the transfer

request via his re"orting manager7state lead onl. 'his will be through

the Butumbcare "ortal.

• 'he "resent HR and Konal lead to be informed beforehand for transfers

• 'he transfer "rocess needs to be validated against the

vacant7available "osition in the other location where the beat engineeris "ro"osed to get transferred

• 'he "ro"osed location onal and state lead should share his7her

consent for the same

• 'he request should be a""roved b the HR7 Konal Lead in the Portal.
