1010312011, Officer Bailey met with Alexa Stevens (complainant, 10/08/1990) at her place of employment, Spirit Halloween, 1965Glen Lane, Rock Hill, regarding a shoplifting. Stevens states that at approximately 2015 hours, two white females, 18-21 years

age, stole a number of costumes from the store. Stevens advised that one female was wearing a pink shirt, jeans, and brown knee highwhile the other was wearing a white shirt, jeans, and black boots. Stevens advised that Spirit Halloween does not have a surveillance

Stevens states other employees chased the females out of the store. The females entered a purple Honda Prelude, with a possible licenseof SC-FCV1/636. The vehicle traveled south on Dave Lyle Blvd before employees lost sight of it. Stevens states the vehicle has a licensecover which contains a reference to Myrtle Beach. Stevens slates that as the females drove away, they squealed their tires, honked the

, and waived as if to say, "thank you."

DMV check of the license plate revealed that it is registered to a 2010 Cadillac DeVille out of Harleyville, SC, to a Richard Turner, A check ofHill's utility bills revealed that no active utility accounts are in this name. Ofiicer Bailey also cross referenced drive/s licenses with this

andZela Tau Alpha. WIJPD further advised that Zeta Tau Alpha commonly shortens their Sorority name to simply "Zeta." \MJPD stateddo not have any vehicles registered with the license plate number provided by Stevens and is unable to conduct a make and model search.

Bailey counseled Stevens to contact police should these females ever re-enter the store. Stevens advised that should the females come

, she would like them placed on trespass warning. Officer Bailey provided Stevens with the report number for the incident and placed a '

check on the store. This case will be administratively closed pending the identification of the females.
