THe specialisTsmoralt sandwich lamin blockboard. this board is suitable for use in the construction of stages and podiums, and can also be used for larger type table tops or tops for conference tables as well as for particularly stable and thick furniture elements. the long grain lamincore either side of the block inner core provides a very smooth surface.

moralt ligHTWood blockboard. With a blockcore of ceiba/albasia, this board is the light alternative to the classic blockboard. With a weight reduction of approx. 25%, it is ideal for trade fairs, exhibitions and stage assembly uses.

With a lamincore of ceiba, this board is the light alternative to the classic laminboard. thanks to a weight reduction of 25% and its unique single batten construction, it is particularly suitable for high quality furniture, door-fronts in ship interiors or, for example, piano lids.

moralt ligHTWood Balsa board. the core is an end grain Balsa which combines high vertical pressure resistance with low weight. available with mDF or structural veneer faces for the most flexible surface design. the benefits for further processing: thanks to the solid timber construcion and in contrast to the various honeycomb boards in the market, you can create any shape, edging without frame positioning or without supporting edgematerial. conventional processing without specialist tools!

1979 Pfleiderer takes over the moralt company.

1987 commissioning of a new block- and lamin-core production unit.

1998 Development of the steel-reinforced solid timber frame as a basis for a new generation of Htr door blanks.

2002 reworking of the Htr door blank programme according to the latest european Norms (eN) and completion of the Ferro family by the types: multimaxx, acoustic and Passiv.

2003 the block and laminboard production business unit becomes moralt tIScHlerPlatteN gmbH & co.Kg, an independent commercial unit with a separate market function, offering competent and personal customer service.

2004 moralt tischlerplatten gmbH & co.Kg broadens ist port- folio with fine veneered block- and laminboards as well as lightweight product offer. moralt introduces a new market concept of a frameset system for external doors. the new independent commercial policy for moralt enables a further broadening of the brand, supported by a comprehensive marketing concept for the timber trade.

2005 the creation of a new flexible lamincore production line for a greater flexibility of customer orders. Due to further production options, additional market niches are opened. For example Sandwich products for especially stable applications and thick design components.

2006 commissioning of eco power generation. expansion of export sales and move towards new markets outside of europe.

2007 moralt is the leading system supplier for the ce mark for external doors. Development of a fire protection door range with 30 and 60 minutes of fire resistance.

2008 moralt expands its range of services with the latest cNc processing techniques. market launch of a fire retardent lightweight board.

2009 extensive investment in lamincore production and the manufacture of fire retardent products. Further development of the internal door systems with fire and smoke protection according to eN standards.
