PCB layout –

foundation for performance, quality and cost

The growing technical and economic challenges of the markets lead to highest requirements on the printed circuit board design (PCB layout). With several man-decades of experience and the latest know-how our 10-member layouter team realizes cost-efficient and standard-compliant designs in a very short time. For example, we layout the most complex circuits with up to 40 layers or high-performance designs for ddr3. With professionality and competence our engineers advise our customers regarding appropriate base materials, structu-res, regulations and practical board designs for specific applications. The PCB layout team is a key interface between customer, r&d, production and PCB manufacturer – here all comes together.

first class from prototype to after-sales service

on about 1500 m2 of production area, we manufacture according to your specifications electronic boards, devices and turn-key end products in accordance with the iPC-A-610d standard. our qualified processes are designed and optimized for fast prototype production and demanding small and mid-sized series. Short setup times in combination with our flexible working hours ensure maximum flexibility during the production process. Therefore we can guarantee delivery dates and react quickly if changes are necessary.

With our modern manufacturing facilities, we assemble all standard packages from 0201 and special packages such as BgA, LgA or µBgA. You benefit from our broad technology spectrum, from the gentle vapor phase soldering to the rework and replacement of BgAs and µBgAs.

We also take care of your material procurement - whether components, PCBs, mechanical components or accesso-ries. our procurement experts purchase on the entire globe and inform you immediately about upcoming component discontinuations and last-time-buy opportunities. on request, we secure the fast availability of spare parts and stock critical or obsolete components for you. our certified, well-structured production processes coupled with our consistent focus on innovation ensures short reaction times, economic efficiency and highest quality in every detail.

Those parts and components undergo a thorough inspection of incoming goods and can be traced throughout their lifecycle (also in their later installed state). during the production process, all components can be au-tomatically checked and tested.
