Step-by-Step Guide on Registration for EP Online Account

Part A: Log in (using SingPass) to register for an EP Online Account

Step Action1 Go to MOM website at www.mom.gov.sg

2 Click on Employment Pass Online under Services and Forms found on the right hand side ofhomepage to access the EP Online page

3 Read instructions and guidelines on Registration Details for the New EP Online

4 Click on Register Online hyperlink

5 Enter and click on Submit

6 Enter and click Submit

7 Please read the Agreement on Terms and Conditions of Registration for EP Online Account

8 Click on I Agree if you want to proceed with the account registration9 Click on I Disagree if you do not want to proceed with the account registration

Part B: Enter Companys Particulars

Step Action

1 Enter either the Registration No. (ACRA) or Unique Entity Number (UEN).

2 Click Retrieve

3 Enter Companys Telephone Number

4 Enter Companys Fax Number

5 Enter Companys Email

Part C: Enter Company EP Online Account Admin Users Particulars

Step Action

1 Select the Residential Status

2 Enter the Name (as shown on NRIC/Travel Document, excluding salutations e.g. Mr, Miss, Prof)

3 Enter the Telephone No.

4 Enter the Mobile No.

5 Enter the Fax No.

6 Select the Position

7 Enter the Date of Employment

8 Enter the Designation

9 Select Admin User Type of Access

Yes will be populated by default, i.e. the Admin User will be able to grant EP Online access to theemployees of the Company as well as perform Work Pass(es) and related Pass(es) transactions onbehalf of the Company

Select No if the Admin User is only authorised to grant EP Online access to the employees of theCompany

10 Click Next to proceed to the next page; or

Click Cancel to re-enter Registration No. (ACRA) or Unique Entity Number (UEN); or

Click Exit to MOM Website if you do not wish to proceed with the account registration

Part D: Confirm Registration Information

Step Action

1 Click Previous if you need to make any changes; or

Click Submit if you wish to proceed with the account registration; or

Click Exit to MOM Website if you do not wish to proceed with the account registration

Part E: Print Acknowledgement of Registration for EP Online AccountStep Action

1 Click Print Acknowledgement button to print the acknowledgement page

2 Click Exit to MOM Website to exit
