Poisoning of double agent in UK threatens Cold War II

The retaliatory measures by the UK and Russia in response to the suspected use of the Novichok nerve agent on a former double agent in Salisbury could raise tensions to levels last seen during the period of the Cold War.

Speaking to RIA news agency recently, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov described the UK’s accusations that Russia is behind the attack on Sergei and Yulia Skripal as border-line “banditry”, saying: “We are stating that this is quite unprecedented – international affairsbordering, maybe,on banditry. Whatstands behind this?”

He went on to criticise Britain’s approach to-date and questioned the country’s motive: “Is it Britain’s internal problems or the problems of Britain’s cooperation with its allies, or something else? Looks like this is not our business.”

The UK government has sought to portray a firm stance against Russia,

encouraging foreign leaders to follow suit in taking measures against the former Soviet country. The UK’s Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson has already likened Russia’s “pattern of provocative behaviour” to Nazi Germany and appeasement of Russia in its annexation of Crimea to the occupation of the Sudetenland by Hitler’s forces in 1938 - the second time that the Cabinet member has publically drawn comparisons between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the fascist leader.

The Russian President stoked the flames of suspicion when he refused to provide answers to questions by UK Prime Minister Theresa May on how the deadly military-grade chemical came to infect the Skripals, putting thousands of lives at risk. Thought to have been manufactured at a laboratory complex in Shikhany in central Russia, suspicions of state involvement surround the country which has

a reputation for using biological and chemical weapons against its own people.

While there is some evidence to suggest that the nerve agent, initially developed in Russia, was used by the former Communist state in the Skripal case, critics of the UK Government’s handling of the situation have pointed out the danger of accusing Russia without first allowing a full investigation to take place and adding fuel to the fire with comments likely to inflame Russia and Russian citizens.

Russia currently exports high-tech products to markets belong to CIS countries (Commonwealth of Independent States), as well as further afield, helping to increase safety and security of countries ranging from the Asia-pacific region to Latin America and the Middle East. Sepura’s SC21 hand-portable radio has been approved for use by both Airwave and the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) for use on the UK’s Airwave Network. This is the second terminal in Sepura’s market-leading SC2 Series to receive network approval, joining its stablemate the SC20 as an advanced solution for mission critical voice and data communications.

The SC21 is the latest terminal in the extensive TETRA range that Sepura supplies to UK mission critical users and provides a number of unique benefits to support operational staff. Chief amongst these is the ability to support Wi-Fi

and Bluetooth connections, future-proofing the device to support operations during the transition to ESN.

Phil Woodley, Sepura’s Head of Products – TETRA Devices, said: “The SC21 has been designed with the user in mind; it is rugged, user-friendly and flexible. Despite its small size and light weight it can still host one of the largest screens on a TETRA device, providing visibility in all lighting conditions. The advanced design of the SC21 offers support for additional data bearers and provides an audio capability that is the best available to TETRA users, coupled with an additional 4dB of sensitivity and Class

3 RF power to maximise coverage even in enclosed locations.”

Between them, the SC2 series hand-portables enhance user experience by enabling data sharing through narrowband data applications while providing superior audio, even in extreme weather conditions. As the UK continues to move toward ESN, such devices are providing cutting edge technology for today’s mission critical users.

Gary Maughan, Regional Director for UK and Ireland at Sepura, said: “The SC21 extends Sepura’s proud tradition of supporting UK public safety users, and

extends the key benefits of the SC20 terminal in a compact package. The small, lightweight design of the SC21 combined with a specifically designed short antenna means it can be worn comfortably on the shoulder, or hidden unobtrusively for covert operations. The choice of user interface can be configured to replicate that of currently deployed radios, minimising training requirements and user confusion whilst operating under pressure.”

COPTRZ, the UK’s leading commercial drone solution provider, has launched a complete turnkey drone detection solution, designed to provide protection from the threat of drones.

Launched in partnership with DJI and their AeroScope detection systems, the system allows an operator to track telemetry data from drones in surrounding airspace of up to 40km. (25 miles) distance. In

effect, it’s a drone license plate detection system that provides security teams with the data required to be able to quickly and effectively protect against drone intrusion.

By intercepting the current communications link between a DJI drone and its remote controller, AeroScope is able to broadcast real-time identification information including UAV serial code, make and model, UAV position, speed, latitude and ground controller location. This allows the operator to take mitigation action against the drone threat and at the same time despatch law enforcement/security teams to apprehend the pilot.

The launch has been anticipated for some time after increased security concerns regarding the use of drones around areas of controlled airspace. Only last year, it was reported that there had been an 168% increase in drone and commercial aircraft near misses over a two-year period. This drastic trend is expected to increase year-on-year with the influx of commercial and hobbyist drones taking to the skies.

DJI announced plans to develop AeroScope in October and has since chosen COPTRZ as their European partner for the development, installation and maintenance of the product going forward.

Steve Coulson, Founder and Managing Director at COPTRZ, explains: “We are proud to have partnered with DJI as the European turnkey provider of AeroScope. The drone industry has grown exponentially in recent years and we are now seeing them used to great effect across nearly all vertical sectors. Despite this, an increase in drones taking to the skies has caused significant safety fears, particularly in airspace surrounding high-profile events.

“COPTRZ will to continue to lead the development of the commercial drone industry, and in order to do this we need to identify between legal and illegal drone use. AeroScope does exactly that and we are looking forward to working with all major security businesses to help significantly reduce the threat of illegal drone activity.”

Tailored to suit the needs of business and mission critical communications, the SC21 can be worn comfortably and easily even when concealed to suit covert operations.

COPTRZ will launch a system that by intercepting the current communications link between a DJI drone and its remote controller, will enable AeroScope to broadcast real-time identification information, allowing operators to take action as necessary.

Keiron Dalton, a digital identity expert at Aspect Software, believes vulnerabilities in SMS authentication are putting customers at risk with research showing that new vulnerabilities in mobile networks allow hackers to hijack phone numbers.

Vulnerabilities in mobile networks that allow hackers to hijack phone numbers and trick users into giving up their personal information such as banking details have recently been highlighted by a new report by experts. Hackers can remotely dial into a network that most smartphones rely on and pose as familiar organisations, like energy suppliers and high street banks.

Keiron Dalton, a digital identity expert from Aspect Software, said on the matter: “Operators have been aware of these issues for some time and are moving fast to strengthen their networks from a technology standpoint. But the main challenge is that an operator is only as strong as their competitors, and vulnerabilities in networks can therefore be easily created and left unaddressed. Mobile stakeholders such as the GSMA are well aware of this and there is a strengthening argument that global regulatory standards must be looked at.

“The use of SMS for one-time password authentication is likely to receive part of the blame for this, but these issues predominately stem from a lack of global collaboration between operators and weak networks. All channels of authentication have vulnerabilities and there are technologies that can be easily adopted to better protect the use of SMS. The key thing to understand is that SMS is a perfectly effective method of authentication, but only in conjunction with others as part of a multi-factor approach,” he said.

Keiron went on to add: “The good thing is that this is a high priority for operators and collaboration is taking place to strengthen the mobile eco system in numerous forms. A good example of this is the Insight Sharing Group, which Aspect is a part of, consisting of leading operator groups and the GSMA to share understanding of risks and stimulate discussion around solutions.

“This is the type of proactive behaviour that is needed to solve these issues so that people can continue using the channels that are most convenient to them” Kieron concluded.

Abloy UK has supplied the O2 Arena in London with Hillsborough BR4 ballistic doors to enhance the security of the venue, as well as offer protection to its occupants from specialised weapons or gun fire.

A multi-purpose indoor arena located in south east London, the O2 Arena has the second highest seating capacity of any indoor venue in the UK and in 2015 was

the busiest music arena in the world in terms of ticket sales, handling 1,819,487 tickets.

In 2017 the O2 Arena faced a problem when the interior doors became no longer fit for purpose due to the wear and damage caused from the constant flow of people entering the site. The main priority for the O2 Arena was to have doors that could ensure the safety of visitors and staff from fire or attacks. At the survey stage it was agreed that in order to ensure the level of security needed and to provide a door which was fire rated, the most suitable door was the Hillsborough BR4 Ballistic Doors.

The door sets offer protection from 9mm handguns through to armour-piercing rounds and all testing is to European and British Standards BS EN 1522 and BS EN 1523, while also fire certified.

It was especially important to meet such extreme specifications given the world’s mounting security threats. With the increase in gun crime and terrorist attacks in the UK, high capacity venues such as the O2 Arena must prepare for emerging threats.

In the case of the O2 Arena, Abloy UK had full grasp of the security requirements from previous experience working on critical national infrastructure projects across varied sectors. Maintaining contact with Wren Construction Limited, the main contractors on site throughout the job, Abloy was able to adapt to any last minute requests - including making the doors a bespoke blue to match the venue’s colour scheme!

Working in conjunction with Systems Integrator partner DDBA, Wavestore’s VMS has been deployed at the Centenario, Penarol and Nacional stadiums to enable police and security personnel to identify known troublemakers and prevent them from gaining entry to any of the grounds.

The project, which has seen Wavestore installed within the stadiums’ control rooms, as well as in mobile police units, was won following an extensive evaluation process in which Wavestore and technology partner, Herta, a provider of state of the art facial recognition software, proved to be highly effective compared to those offered by other manufacturers.

Manufacturers competing for the project were allocated a specific period of time to set up their integrated solutions to demonstrate the ability to detect and identify

40 people who had been entered onto a database and who were randomly integrated with an estimated 50,000 football fans approaching the stadium entrances to attend a match. When the results of the tests were analysed, it was found that Wavestore and Herta had been able to detect 39 of the 40 targets, even though many were wearing hats, scarves and dark glasses. The one person who was not detected had completely covered their face.

The contract to install the video surveillance systems comprising a fully integrated Wavestore/Herta solution and a large number of high definition cameras, was awarded to DDBA, a leading security and IT infrastructure systems integrator. “As is the case in many countries in the world, football stadiums in Uruguay have regretfully experienced anti-social behaviour on match days,” said German Ruiz, a Director of Montevideo based DDBA. “With a zero-tolerance policy towards hooliganism, the Football Association of Uruguay made the decision to invest in technology which would recognise the relatively small number of individuals who could endanger and spoil the enjoyment of the many thousands of people attending the games.”

When disruption occurs during a football match, images captured by the cameras are used by police and security personnel to identify and apprehend those involved. The images are then added to a database of undesirable attendees.

The entire video data from every match is transferred into a large data system maintained at the Ministry of Interior to enable the police to retrospectively analyse key data and search for individual images over a period of years.

Multiple Axis 20 Megapixel IP cameras from have been installed within the three stadiums in order to monitor seating and terrace areas, whilst high definition Axis Q6055 32x PTZ cameras are being used by operators to zoom into see close up detail of any incidents. In addition, Axis P1365 IP cameras chosen specifically to support facial recognition, have been installed at all entrances to each stadium, as well as in police mobile units located to monitor the streams of fans as they progress towards the stadium along the footpaths.

The stadiums and the

Ministry of Interior have been equipped with Wavestore X-Series recorders plus additional servers maintained on standby for failover purposes. All are 4U rack- mounted with 24 hot-swap hard drives.

A careful and detailed analysis of the network needed to support the aggregated bandwidth of all the cameras operating concurrently, as well as user demands at the various monitoring stations and display walls was carried out. According to German Ruiz, it is one of the many reasons why Wavestore’s high-throughput servers were chosen for the project. “The client was also impressed by Wavestore’s robust data recording technology, which is extremely fast and enables specific video data to be located and displayed instantaneously,” said German. “Exporting video clips from the Wavestore system is also very quick and easy, requiring just a 3-click process.”

Commenting on the success of the project, Chris Williams, Project Director of Wavestore Global Ltd said: “As a British manufacturer we are proud that the quality and the price/performance ratio of our solutions is enabling us to win projects as far afield as Uruguay. Equally important, we are delighted to have proven our ability, and value the opportunity we have had to work with DDBA and Herta who have used their respective expertise to contribute towards the success of this prestigious project.”

The British manufacturer of open platform video management solutions is helping to detect and deter the presence of unsavoury individuals including vandals at three of the largest football stadiums in Montevideo in Uruguay.

Agent Video Intelligence, has announced the launch of its breakthrough Anomaly Detection capability, as part of Agent Vi’s cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS), innoVi.

Combining Agent Vi’s extensive research into Artificial Intelligence (AI) and development of Deep Learning-powered algorithms with the company’s 15 years of experience in providing cutting-edge Video Analytics solutions, the new Anomaly Detection is a robust self-learning capability that instantly alerts users to atypical incidents.

While innoVi’s Anomaly Detection can be applied to surveillance systems of all sizes, it is particularly valuable for large-scale deployments such as smart cities, where the sheer volume of cameras prevents video feeds from being monitored continuously. In such scenarios, and without pre-definition by the user, Agent Vi’s Anomaly Detection

can quickly learn the regular movement and traffic in a scene, and alert to irregular incidents, such as a crowd forming or running, a traffic accident or interruption.

innoVi turns unstructured video data into structured metadata by detecting and tracking all objects in the camera’s field of view, and then further analyses the metadata to discover typical object types, motion patterns and models.

Anomaly Detection continuously analyses the scene in real-time and compares it to the learned models, to identify and alert users to irregular incidents that may have otherwise gone undetected. Agent Vi CTO, Zvika Ashani, commented, “By utilising the latest advances in AI and unsupervised learning, we are able to deliver a solution that fits our customers’ highest priority, namely, increasing their ability to quickly respond to unforeseen...events”.

Video analytics enabling fitting response to unforeseen events is perfect for next generation smart citiesAgent Vi launches real-time Anomaly Detection in the form of innoVi, suitable for predicted scenes of interest, as well as scenes with continuous motion.

The world is becoming increasingly less secure…in what ways is Milestone Systems helping to improve the safety of ordinary individuals?

The progress from metropolitan authorities aiming to be Safe Cities is evolving into Smart Cities, as the Internet of Things (IoT) is connecting all our devices at home, in public and in business. These interconnected devices include sensors of all kinds and have swelled the volume of data to big challenges.

Milestone’s video management platform is helping many police and city officials to monitor and respond to both safety and operational matters around the globe. Sargent O’Hare

from the city of Hartford spoke eloquently at all three of our MIPS events about how his team is constantly scaling out their command center to include the latest innovations, to improve daily life for citizens and businesses alike. Likewise, the city of Vicente Lopez in Argentina has one of the most modern security installations in its part of the world. And in Canada, Milestone VMS is integrated with the Spotter RF radar detector to keep both people and polar bears safe. With climate changes melting the ice and affecting their food sources, they pose potential conflicts wandering into town.

How important is it that we move towards an interconnected world?

It is important that we can make optimal use of the connected device data with analytics and deep learning technology, as we head toward the future with artificial intelligence that will help humans manage better. Milestone’s open platform community of alliance partners are on this path of development, already mapping solutions integrated with our VMS to leverage these trends.

What new developments/achievements have occurred for Milestone Systems since the start of 2018?

Milestone has just released XProtect 2018 R1 in late February, continuing to evolve the world’s leading video management software (VMS) with measurably improved performance levels, thanks to hardware acceleration with NVIDIA GPUs. This gives the ability to display more high-resolution cameras on the Smart Client as well as use more HD screens for display or as part of the Smart Wall function - without putting any extra load on the CPU. This is a way to maximise the potential of installations with less CPU load required, no matter how many cameras are connected. It equals better use of resources: customers can get the latest cameras and screens in the highest resolution possible, thanks

to a lower CPU load and more available processing power.

This release also delivers new Privacy Masking features to enhance this area of growing regulation: XProtect 2018 R1 allows two kinds of masking - permanent and liftable - on both live and recorded video. It is managed efficiently with user rights, making sure privacy is well protected at all times.

For single server implementations, XProtect 2018 R1 also brought One-Click Installer, which simplifies and speeds up configuring XProtect faster and easier with automatic device detection and retention-time configuration. Users can manage their hard-drive space more efficiently than ever. What was previously done separately on the Management Client is now more easily done already during installation. This is way more user-friendly.

Besides the product upgrades, are there any interesting business initiatives to highlight?

Yes indeed; Milestone Partners completed 5,121 eLearning courses during the month of January 2018! The Milestone Partner Learning Portal has been live for nearly three years now, and this is the largest number of eLearning course completions ever in a single month.

The mission of our Learning & Performance team is to

empower the Milestone community to perform on the job, and these record numbers of eLearning completions are proof that our partners are dedicated to learning how to successfully and efficiently design, deploy, and manage solutions for their customers. We want our partners to be confident when working with our products, and make sure to have tools available that increase profitability with faster installs.

In 2017 more than 7,000 customer end-users have also been busy increasing their skills on our Customer Learning Portal. They accessed more than 10,000 modules of our Using the Smart Client and Web Client content. We’ve already added over 20 more modules to the Customer Learning Portal this year!

How important is it for Milestone Systems to attend events such as ISC West?

ISC West is probably our biggest industry event of the year in the U.S., after our own MIPS events now held in each world region. ISC West is always abuzz with partners and customers, whether it’s existing relationships or new ones on the horizon for our open platform community. Our booth is always very busy and the meeting areas filled. Partners bring their customers to see the latest offerings, discuss special challenges with our experts, see demos of the latest features and scope solutions for new projects. It is very exciting! Come see us in booth #18053.

Courtney Dillon Pedersen is a Corporate Communications Manager at Milestone Systems since 2003. With a background in national magazines and regional newspapers, she later wrote for the IT sector, working with the U.N. then Microsoft and its partners. She’s researched and written hundreds of customer case studies and thought leader articles, with the goal of educating the market on the benefits of using new technology.

No space too large, no task too complex... A platform community unstoppable in its quest to maximise safety & security Whether it’s securing one of the largest seaports in Europe - measuring the equivalent of 20,000 football fields - or keeping people and polar bears safe in Canada, Milestone Systems has achieved a lot since the launch of its XProtect 2018 R1 earlier this year. Now ahead of ISC West, Security News Desk speaks to Courtney Dillon Pedersen, Corporate Communications Manager – Americas, Milestone Systems about driving collaboration and innovation.

Innovation Fund Denmark is lending its support to a project which aims to detect explosives at safe standoff distances, enabling those nearby to take action before it is too late.

The Innovation Fund Denmark has decided to fund a project between the physicists at Aalborg University and the MyDefence Research & Development team, providing 6.1 million Danish Kroner (0.8 million EUR).

“Explosives like those used in Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) have a unique “fingerprint” signature which can be clearly identified using terahertz spectroscopy. So far, the equipment for terahertz spectroscopy has been too bulky and fragile for out-of-the-lab applications, or has been limited to measurements at distances of a few meters or less. Together with Aalborg University, we have found a way to produce a portable terahertz spectroscopy device that, when realised, will allow us to detect explosives at safe standoff distances”, says Christian Steinø, CEO of MyDefence.

Terahertz waves are absorbed in water vapour which causes a number of challenges, one being detection range. This is especially true, when the technology is desired to detect hidden explosives in real-world settings; the device must be able to work at far enough distances to be able to give the driver of a vehicle enough warning to react on explosives detected on the ground ahead of him. It is now thought that the experience of the Optics and Spectroscopy research group at Aalborg University, together with the knowledge and skills of the former military officers and engineers at MyDefence, is the right mix of competencies needed to innovate the revolutionary technology.

“A few years ago, MyDefence contacted the physicists at Aalborg University and presented us with their vision of detecting explosives using terahertz radiation. Christian Steinø and Dan Hermansen had some innovative ideas...their experience from fighter plane radar technology and anti-drone RF technology was just the right complement to our expertise” commented Esben Skovsen, Associate Professor.

Grosvenor Technology, the access and attendance specialist, has announced the end of their relationship with Videcon to market an OEM variant of its product.

“I just got it wrong, plain and simple”, said Andy Rainforth, Grosvenor Technology’s Managing Director.

“The intention was for this exclusive and ‘lite’

OEM variant to be clearly differentiated from our own offering and to appeal to Videcon’s customers through the deep integration we developed into their video platform. Instead, I think we have just caused confusion in the market, with some believing we were using ‘distribution’ channels for our own products.”

This point is key to

Grosvenor, who have seen sales of it’s Sateon access control product grow exponentially in the last few years. Their strategy of only dealing direct with security professionals approved by NSI or SSAIB has been part of the key to this success, which is why the company claims it does not want to jeopardise the loyalty that this approach has created.

Across public platforms

Our modern telecommunication infrastructure carries sensitive information via a variety of network technologies, creating a cyber headache for security directors. The global community recognises it’s no longer a matter of “if ” an asset will get hacked, but rather when. Password protection is no longer enough, as is evident in today’s press, and closed, secure networks are becoming less affordable, reliable or practical as data, video and device commands must travel distances impractical for closed networks.

Many security professionals are looking for intelligent and flexible ways to protect against cyber threats while using the bandwidth and access to the Internet. Most security systems are not as simple as stationary cameras sending data to a single central station. Systems must incorporate remote

locations, mobile units, and multiple sites into the overall security infrastructure. This expanding reach requires a security system that provides secure use of all telecommunications technologies including IP and wireless.

Virtual private networks offer practical benefits

One way to achieve secure and flexible communication without the steep price of private leased lines or VSAT links is by setting up a virtual private network (VPN). Basically, a VPN extends a secure reach across the potentially vulnerable public network.

Like the name implies, a VPN essentially functions as a closed, private network securely connecting multiple devices to share data, taking advantage of public networks, byencrypting information

to keep it secure.Virtual private networks

are particularly effective for sharing information over long distances, even across the world. In a security application, the VPN could be required to connect remote locations, vehicles, even desolate fence lines spanning long distances through potentially harsh terrain. Additionally, a VPN can utilise a variety of communication infrastructure, including mobile/cellular networks.

There are several security technologies, but the one that offers the most flexibility is Secure Sockets Layers (SSL). SSL provides network-to-network, peer-to-peer, and multi-to-multi connections, achieved as a dedicated client-to-host or mesh arrangement. The mesh arrangement uses the quickest path to transmit which minimises latency. It is a “clientless” technology,

so systems don’t need to be running any dedicated software or special plugins, resulting in a system that is simple to install and manage. The SSL-based system is perfectly suited to mobile scenarios because it offers uncompromised security even over a mobile/ cellular network.

KBC Networks Ltd., a manufacturer of transmission equipment for commercial and industrial networks specialising in CCTV and security applications, recognises the potential security benefits of the VPN for sensitive sites and designed a product, ThruLink, using SSL.

ThruLink: the answer to cyber security

To illustrate the power and flexibility of a VPN design in a security application, consider ThruLink deployed in a border application. A fixed-camera system monitors multiple busy check-points and remote fence lines, while agents patrol the border in mobile units. All of these monitoring points need to be able to stream camera feeds, communication and data to one or more points on the entire system. Additionally, because the application uses multiple mobile units, the system must include a solution that does not compromise security.

Using ThruLink in this application, the border patrol can create a VPN over the public mobile/cellular network and securely communicate with remote or mobile units. ThruLink also has built-in dynamic routing which allows ThruLink to ensure the fastest path through the network. With its intelligent design, ThruLink monitors the system’s status, autonomously reconnecting

after power or Internet failure, providing a near maintenance free solution. ThruLink™ is immune to network address translation (NAT) and firewalls, eliminating the need for open ports on any client-side firewall.

In less than two minutes, a ThruLink Server and Client can be configured to establish a secure link through a public network and communicate with the mobile and remote locations without requiring a fixed public IP on any client. It is a true clientless system, eliminating the need for special software or browser plugins and it supports absolutely any IP device. Information can be sent between the border’s central station and all other connected endpoints simultaneously without changes to existing networks or special licenses.

All communications routed through a system using ThruLink are safe, secure and impervious to hacking. ThruLink uses 256Bit AES, Blowfish and Camellia encryption.

Security over public networks

Without a doubt, cyber-attack threats are real, but there are intelligent, flexible network products, like ThruLink, that make securing networks easy, reliable and adaptable. Security systems utilising a virtual private network using SSL to connect multiple sites, including mobile units, offer the best solution with the greatest benefits. Will your company be ready when hackers knock on your system’s back door?

Large scale cyber attacks on global logistics last year has prompted the British International Freight Association (BIFA) to encourage its members to take cyber security in the supply chain seriously.

In light of the substantial cost of last year’s cyber attack on Maersk, BIFA is urging its members to review their cyber security policies.

The cyber attacks revealed the scale of impact that security breaches can have on global logistics and supply chains, with the cost of rectifying the problems incurred at Maersk reported to be around USD300 million.

Robert Keen, Director General of BIFA, said: “With businesses continuing to push for digitisation and connected systems, it is impossible to deny the rising importance of cyber security for global supply chains.

“BIFA takes advice from various experts and we believe it would be prudent for members to review their IT-related security processes.

“We are encouraging our members to contact a reputable IT supplier with expertise in cyber security...”
