KEY POINTS:• Perform three workouts per week for nine weeks• Perform each series at the end of your skill workouts as a “finisher”• Emphasize explosiveness under control. Slow on the way down, fast on the way up.• Rest no longer than 30 seconds between each set• You may perform an optional 4th workout per week. To do this, simply repeat Day 1 (not Day 3) at the end of your training week.
