Small shop. Big ideas.
By providing “bigADshop” work without the hassle, cost and ego associated with larger agencies and changing perceptions
of the agency experience. It’s easier than you may have been led to believe.
Streamlined with fewer overhead costs. This allows more time to focus on clients, original strategies and great creative
without “billing” getting in the way.
Isn’t that what advertising is about?
Experienced?
Yes.
Brian brings 20+ years of broad advertising experience to our clients. He has held positions in some of Tulsa’s “hottest”
agencies, only to find their approach a little over-hyped. His experience has taught him that big is not always better. And
if you want something done right, it’s best to go directly to the one who performs the work.
What Pogo does well.
Generating interest. Strategically drawing attention to programs or events that you need promoted.
The project can be online or offline, traditional media or new. Responding with no hype. No buzzwords. No false promises.
Just the talent and motivation to do the best work possible.

I’m a fighter. Are you?
When you or a someone you love has cancer, you hear a lot about fighting. But fighting how? Where? With which tools? And who decides when you step in the ring?
At Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA), we believe the most powerful tool for fighting cancer is
knowledge — knowledge about the disease, about all the available treatments, about all the possibilities.
And this leads to the next most powerful tool: Control. A solid sense that you — not the doctors, not the nurses, not
luck or chance — but you are at the center of your treatment decisions.
Ten years ago, a group of CTCA patients asked for a way to reach out. A way to tap into the vast knowledge
and control of all the patients and family members across the U.S. who had already fought the fight. A way
to connect with other cancer patients and their family members to be able to share their story and
CTCA experience.
The Cancer Fighter program was born.
Today, coast to coast, in hospitals and homes, churches and coffeehouses, Cancer Fighters come together. Their
mission is to empower one another to take control of their cancer, to seek knowledge, to make informed decisions,
and to support one another in every way they can.

What is OIEC?
Established 12 years ago, OIEC is an association comprised of large energy
consumers regionally and nationally who fight for the lowest reasonable
natural gas transmission and electric rates for businesses that require
significant energy usage. Recently OIEC has also been a significant player
in legislative matters at the state capitol, working to ensure that state energy
policies promote economic development and growth through reasonably
priced and reliable energy for large consumers.
Why should I join OIEC?
OIEC provides you with a forum to promote and protect your interests in
relation to government regulation and legislation affecting natural gas
and electric rates. OIEC actively works with regulatory and legislative
policy makers to ensure the lowest reasonable rates possible for
members and has been successful in obtaining cost reductions for its
members. By advocating and receiving lower rates, OIEC also promotes
industrial expansion and growth throughout Oklahoma.
How do I join OIEC?
OIEC welcomes any facility that consumes significant amounts of
energy and is a member of the utilities’ industrial class of customers.
Because membership is voluntary, OIEC needs the support of industrial
end users. Dues to pay administrative expensive are assessed annually
and based on a company’s purchased electrical energy and transported
natural gas volumes.
Frequently Asked QuestionsOIEC MEMBERS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING COMPANIES:
Air Liquide Industrial U.S. L.P.

Oklahoma industries are entitled to receive the lowest reasonable and fair utility
rates possible. Thus, the Oklahoma Industrial Energy Consumers (OIEC) was
established — an association whose members include industrial companies,
hospitals and other large energy consumers.
OIEC is dedicated to ensuring that low cost electricity and natural gas
transmission are readily available to all utility customers. We’re the voice of
advocacy at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and the state legislature
and are diligently involved with regulatory proceedings. Our ultimate goal —
to hold utilities accountable for providing the least costly and most energy
efficient way to provide you with electricity and natural gas.
In recent years, OIEC has been active in major regulatory proceedings and has
been successful in obtaining significant cost reductions for its members. With your
membership, you’ll have full representation in regulatory proceedings that involve
establishment of utility rates and terms of service. You’ll also be instantly provided
with a network of large energy consuming companies that share your interests and
have an equal desire to protect and promote those interests.
