CEO Message

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Saudi United Construction Co. Ltd (SUC) and thank you

for spending your valuable time with us.

First, I wish to give you a brief history on the formation of SUC, which was started as a small,

private owned business doing earth moving work in 1994. Because of his hard work and

perseverance, the company began to grow and build a reputation for doing quality work. In the

early years, we hired good engineers and supervisory personnel who are with us until present

Every giant edifice begins its journey upward with one small brick. Way back in 1994, when

Saudi United Contracting Ltd. CO was established everything was fairly modest except its

mission. Now having crossed more than 11/2 decades of building up landmarks to the

satisfaction of a sizeable clientele, Saudi United Construction Co. Ltd (SUC) has already caught

up with its noble mission.

Today, construction companies around the world are synonymous with a society’s quantum

leap forward. it is conquering new heights of progress, addressing great challenges.

At this moment of landmark achievements, I express my gratitude to all of our clients and

associates. And to our formidable and committed work force. Our work force is our strength as

it is they who make dreams come true.

In the early years, SUC provided professional services in various fields such as engineering,

maintenance etc.

In 2004, the Board of Directors approved a new strategy which entailed transformation of the

company to take own projects.

No doubt that the nature of SUC’s investment in all projects is a long term endeavor, as can be

seen from the activities of the subsidiaries. However, we are pleased to state that starting from

this year 2010, the company will launch the construction of Hofuf Mubaraz Bridge Link, which

will change the face of the Transportation problems in Hofuf City; which we are confident will

boost the performance and financial results of the company. Furthermore, our company is on

the foot steps of another New project.

In addition, there are various plans for investment in the area of support services, which SUC

has a sound experience in. The company is also investigating a number of future plans in

infrastructure and energy that will create further growth and sustainability to our long term

strategy.
